1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of siglab, a free email signature builder operated by Emailmovers Limited ("we", "us"). By using siglab you agree to these terms. 2. The service
siglab lets you build an email signature, preview it, and copy or export it for use in email applications such as Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. The core builder is free to use and does not require an account.
3. Accounts
You can optionally create a personal account to save your signatures. Accounts use a passwordless email sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for the accuracy of the email address you provide. Accounts are for individuals, not shared teams.
4. Your content
The signatures and details you create are yours. If you save a signature to your account, you grant us permission to store and display it back to you so the feature works. You confirm that you have the right to use any name, logo, image, or other material you include, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including not using it for unlawful purposes, not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not using it to impersonate others or to send unsolicited or deceptive content.
6. Availability
siglab is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the service or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error free.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or from how an email application displays a signature you create. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. 8. Intellectual property
The siglab name, the Emailmovers name and logo, and the design of the service belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
